Objectives

The main objective of the workshop was to:
- Enhancing participants’ understanding of international compensation conventions;
- Providing practical tools for preparing claims, documenting evidence, conducting impact assessments, and managing negotiation processes;
- Clarifying the role of organizations such as the IOPC Funds, ITOPF, and P&I Clubs in the claims system.
